About us

Owner Michael Grandt has been building houses since fourteen years old. He has lived and worked in Durango CO for the last 25 years and is a local Fort Lewis college graduate.   Drawing approximately 80% of the builds most projects are custom one of a kind in house design builds.   Mike actively participates in the builds often doing much of the framing and finishing.
